Shake it off with Nadi on Monday evenings for a 75 min. Zumba class. Be prepared to sweat, smile and dance! All levels encouraged.

- No Class Nov. 11th Remembrance Day

- Please bring a yoga mat (or anything that you feel comfortable using for a stretch on the floor) and water.

- Drop-ins welcome if space permits. $15.75 per class
