Join Denise every Thursday at 6:00pm for her Virtual “Strength and Stretch” class. This is a perfect addition to your weekly cardio, helping to tone muscles, stabilize your joints and increase metabolism. Weight training can also improve posture and endurance, all while helping to prevent injuries to achieve your fitness goals. Please have 3,5 or 8 lb weights and a mat.
